In his main talk at the festival, he will discuss the genre today and his place in it, and tell some anecdotes from his life as an author.

Brandon Sanderson, the Festival’s Guest of Honor, is one of the most successful fantasy authors of the last two decades. His books, known for their complex,magical worldbuilding, have been translated into 35 languages and have won many awards. 16 of his books have been published in Hebrew, including the Mistborn trilogy, The Stormlight Archive series and his first book, “Elantris”. Sanderson lives in Utah, USA with his wife Emily and their three children.
